Womens Wellness Program 2014 "January's Food Challenge"

:::CHOPPED (Healthy Edition):::
If you have every watched the Food Networks Show “Chopped” Then you will know how challenging it can be putting certain foods together, that you would not normally use  to make a great tasty dish. Well this is just that kind of challenge. I will give you a list of 4 foods and you must be as creative as you possibly can at making a tasty dish! You can use other foods and seasonings of your choice, but the foods that are chosen for you must stand out above the rest in Taste, Originality, Creativity, and Presentation.

:::RULES:::
*    You cannot use canned, Processed, or pre-cooked foods.
*    Foods Must Be Fresh.
*    All Meats Must Be “ZABIHA”
*    You Must list all Ingredients Used (Not The Recipe, Just Ingredients)
*    You Must List the Brand Used.
*    Be sure that “NO PORK” by products is used …So If In Doubt, DO NOT USE IT.
*    Be sure that “NO ALCOHOL” by products is used…So If In Doubt, DO NOT USE IT.
*    You must at least make enough for the 3 judges to taste.
*    Your Food Must Be Prepared At Home and Brought To the Center.
*     This is a One Dish Challenge meaning all star foods must be made as a one dish meal.
*    You can use other spices, herbs, and foods in your dish, as long as the star ingredients are there.
*    Be careful judges must be able to taste each star ingredient and recognize it, so do not mask it too much.

“Ingredients that may be pork based”
Poricine, Mono and dyglycerides (Deriving from Animal), Glycerine (Deriving From Animal), Gelatin (Deriving From Animal), Monoglycerides (Deriving from Animal), Dough Conditioners (Deriving From Animal), Lechitin (Deriving from Animal), ETC…

2014 "FIVE-4-LIFE FITNESS CHALLENGE"

:::Five-4-Life Fitness Training Program:::
10 a.m.-10:55a.m.
This Program is not only a training program; it is a “CHALLENGE”… You are not in competition with others; you will be competing against and challenging yourself.
 Within this program you will set a personal Goal for yourself (Weight loss, firming, stamina, etc... whatever you choose) and "I" will also set a personal goal for "You" based on your fitness level, age, health, etc....
Once you have learned what these exercises are and how to properly do them. You will have the option of Going about this challenge on your own or working with me to continue meeting your goal...
*If you decide to go at it alone (you will only pay a one time cost of $25.
This includes:
(a)A how to manual
(b) A monthly fitness check-in on the last Sunday of each Month (Totaling 5 months).
  *If you want to continue to work with me (Your cost will be $25 per month.
 This includes:
(a) A how to manual.
(b)Trainings on Saturdays and Sundays.
(c) A weekly fitness check-in.
*At the end of the 5 month challenge, If you have met the goal I have set for you (successfully), Rewards will be given, In’shaa’Allah!
*Mom’s Please Bring your little ladies, and get them started and in the habit of staying fit.

Women Wellness Programs 2014 Overview and Registration Link

~INSHAA'ALLAH~
If at all possible...come to the Briefing on Dec 28th. You will learn all about the programs offered, but If not... Here are some things that you can look forward to. (Please look at updates below before registering)





New & Innovative Training Program
::: TRAINEES INFO:::
Air.Abic is a physical fitness training program that resembles martial arts. It is designed to create stamina, strength, firmness, and endurance within the body.

(A) The training's will be on (Saturday Only)

(B) This  Level One (Beginners) Training... You will be trained for 5 months. 

*However altogether there are three levels .... (Beginners, Intermediate I, II, III, IV, Advance I, II, III, IV, V)

(C) The movements are delicate and slow so all fitness levels, all ages, even those with illnesses and Ailments) can partake,... Please feel free to wear your abayas and/or niqabs as normal. (There is no reason to remove them.)
(D) Training prices are $25 per Month, per person... (family and/or buddy systems are discounted.)



:::TRAINERS INFO:::
(A) I am looking for dedicated-creative females 16 yrs or older to become trainers... Creating a business for yourself.  I will need "dedication" For 5 Months (January 2014- May 2014)
(B) Because there are certain guidelines  and etiquette when it comes to trainers, Training for trainers Will Be on Saturdays and Sundays... We will also discuss some General Business aspects as well. 


The Weekly Womens Wellness Work Shops are designed with Educational Fun in mind. This is all brought to you from women in the Natural Health Business and Natural Healing Profession! Many of the workshops are for All ages, but you will have a chance to decide if certain workshops are good for you and your family of women. You will be give a Monthly Calender with each month symbolizing a theme for Wellness. We will be sharing Alternative healing techniques, Healthy Eating/ Healthy Living,  Natural Skin Care, and Herbal Awareness's!... There will be hands on activities, Contest, Games, Samples and quite a few challenges. We are all Excited and looking forward to working together! 




 The Five-4-Life Training Program is all about learning 5 exercises that will keep you healthy for life. No gym is required, No Trainers required, No extra equipment required... Within this program you will set a personal Goal for yourself (Weight loss, firming, stamina, etc... whatever you choose),... and "I" will also set a personal goal for "You", based on your fitness level, age, health, etc.... Once you have learned what these exercises are and how to properly do them. You will have the option of Going about this challenge on your own or working with me to continue meeting your goal... *If you decide to go at it alone (you will only pay a one time cost of $25 (This includes your how to manual, and your once a week fitness check-in's on Sundays for the duration of the Program which is 5 months) *If you want to continue to work with me (Your cost will be $25 per month for training on Saturday and Sunday, plus the how to manual and Fitness Check-ins on Sundays for the duration of the program which is 5 months) 
At the end of the 5 month challenge, If you have met the goal I have set for you (successfully), You will be rewarded!
