If you have every watched the Food Networks Show “Chopped” Then you will know how challenging it can be putting certain foods together, that you would not normally use to make a great tasty dish. Well this is just that kind of challenge. I will give you a list of 4 foods and you must be as creative as you possibly can at making a tasty dish! You can use other foods and seasonings of your choice, but the foods that are chosen for you must stand out above the rest in Taste, Originality, Creativity, and Presentation.
You cannot use canned, Processed, or pre-cooked foods.
Foods Must Be Fresh.
All Meats Must Be “ZABIHA”
You Must list all Ingredients Used (Not The Recipe, Just Ingredients)
You Must List the Brand Used.
Be sure that “NO PORK” by products is used …So If In Doubt, DO NOT USE IT.
Be sure that “NO ALCOHOL” by products is used…So If In Doubt, DO NOT USE IT.
You must at least make enough for the 3 judges to taste.
Your Food Must Be Prepared At Home and Brought To the Center.
This is a One Dish Challenge meaning all star foods must be made as a one dish meal.
You can use other spices, herbs, and foods in your dish, as long as the star ingredients are there.
Be careful judges must be able to taste each star ingredient and recognize it, so do not mask it too much.

Poricine, Mono and dyglycerides (Deriving from Animal), Glycerine (Deriving From Animal), Gelatin (Deriving From Animal), Monoglycerides (Deriving from Animal), Dough Conditioners (Deriving From Animal), Lechitin (Deriving from Animal), ETC…
